Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

From time to time, Hope Fitness Gear may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Hope Fitness Gear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at support@hopefitnessgear.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, it is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first with your tracking number.
