No dumbells? No problem. There are countless ways to sculpt your arms without the use of weights. Targeting different parts of your body is a great way to utilize resistance bands. Check out 3 arm workouts below you can do with your Hope Fitness bands:
- Bicep Curls: Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a resistance band in each hand with palms facing up. Keeping your elbows close to your sides, curl the arms up at the same time, squeezing your biceps. Slowly release the arms back to starting position. Repeat 10-15 times.
- Tricep Kickbacks: Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a resistance band in each hand with palms facing down. Bend your elbows and raise the arms up to shoulder height, palms facing your back. Keeping your elbows in position, extend the arms back behind you until arms are straight, squeezing your triceps. Slowly return arms to starting position. Repeat 10-15 times.
- Shoulder Press: Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a resistance band in each hand with palms facing up. Raise the arms up to shoulder height, palms facing forward. Keeping your elbows in position, press the arms up until arms are straight, squeezing your shoulders. Slowly release back to starting position. Repeat 10-15 times.
